Faculty member in the Stan Ross Department of Accountancy. Academic director of the MS Accountancy Program and formerly of the Accountancy BBA/MS Integrated Program, an innovative initiative in 2012 for our students to fulfill NYS 150-hour CPA licensure requirements that we merged into the regular program in 2017.

National office partner in the Strategy and External Affairs Group with responsibilities related to GT's presence in the capital markets, in accounting and auditing policy and regulation, and research.

Executive responsible for technical committees, ethics, and peer review. Editor-in-chief of The CPA Journal. Responsible for the Society's engagement with regulators (SEC, IRS, PCAOB, State of New York, etc.) and with standards-setters (FASB, IASB, GASB). Registered lobbyist in DC and New York.

Responsibility for business faculty and business programs. Led curriculum and program development, plans and construction of a new building for the business school, processes for assurance of learning, and fund raising infrastructure.

Worked with PhD students. Developed several courses in MAcc and MBA programs, including Advanced Management Accounting, Financial Statement Analysis, and International Accounting Standards.

Created new courses in MBA and PhD programs. Masters courses included financial statement analysis and advanced cost accounting. Responsible for the material related to accreditation of management accounting curriculum. Part of the research team on internal controls.
