As the Executive Director of Metro CDC, I am deeply committed to the belief that Compton’s youth are our greatest asset and are crucial to the city’s future. Our leadership programs are designed to support and empower young individuals as they realize and develop their full potential.Through nurturing mentoring relationships, we provide comprehensive support to our youth, addressing a variety of needs such as academic assistance, job application guidance, court accompaniment, and relationship counseling. Every day, I have the privilege of working with inspiring young men and women whose determination, resilience, and commitment to one another drive the mission of Metro CDC forward.Our work is rooted in the community, and we strive to create an environment where every young person in Compton can thrive and contribute to a brighter future for all.
