I am a Professional Engineer (NC) with civil design, real estate development and project management experience. My role has given me the opportunity to work on the planning, proposal/pursuit, and design phases of a number of projects which include design-build and other alternative delivery methods. I have also overseen the development of over 15 Million SF of commercial projects and industrial parks through land procurement, budgeting, design and construction. I have skilled experience in project development and management which includes cross-functional work with an internal team along with brokers, lenders, government officials, DOT's, and public utility clients (ie Duke Energy, TWC, CMU) on multiple assignments simultaneously. In addition, my engineering background and MBA program gives me the experience needed to analyze and solve various types of complex problems.
