For 30+ years I have been involved in a torrid love affair with the hospitality industry. I've scrubbed more dishes than most and still kinda love it when I get a chance. I now humbly serve the 100% Female owned Tecnoeka and its leadership team. We are building a team of business colleagues, friends and oven experts with the singular vision to "make it easy" in the North American market. Together this North American team represents well over 100 years of hospitality experience. If we can't help you, we will know where to send you. Tecnoeka ovens are 100% manufactured in Italy, with 100% European sourced components. We have the capability to produced over 140 ovens in a single day. In the North American market we carry a full line of electric ovens from countertop convection snack ovens to full size combi ovens. We are fully stocked and are not experiencing any supply chain issues. 2500+ ovens roll outs, no problem. Tecnoeka also owns and operates the premier blast chilling manufacturer Sin of Cold, a global leader in refrigeration technology. We hope to offer this in the future to our friends here in the USA.
