Over 31 years of experience in contract administration and procurement management of architectural and engineering services, material, equipment and supplies for information technology (IT), outsourced professional services and special projects. He has provided oversight of procurement activities to ensure that all phases of the contracting process meet business needs and conform to all applicable federal, state and local laws as well as the regulations and procedures of client agencies.
