Dr. Connors oversees the entire Comprehensive Membership, Client Experience, and Premier Access teams at PinnacleCare. Working collaboratively with the Director of Member Services and the Director of Premier Access as well as a team of MD/PhD researchers, a team of Medical Directors and the Director of Complementary and Integrative Medicine, Dr. Connors aims to bring new medical advances and the highest quality, objective medical research and evidence-based medical advisory to all who request our services.

Director of Medical Operations- Responsibilities include chart reviews and medical record interpretation, medical guidance and direction for PinnacleCare advisors and members, speaking to treating physicians, and overall medical case direction and management. Work closely with the Chief Medical Officer to develop and implement policies and procedures that ensure high quality service for our clients.Direct and oversee our Virtual Consultation process by reviewing medical records to provide a comprehensive clinical summary, identifying the correct specialist and center of excellence for review, and developing pertinent questions for submission to the consulting specialist and then providing clinical translation to the PinnacleCare advisors and members once the process is complete. Research and Medical Intelligence - Work closely with the Director of Research to review, edit and critique original Medical Intelligence Reports for accuracy, completeness and medical content. Responsible for clinical research, evaluation, and review of new medical advances, ideas, studies, reports, products, services or companies that improve medical care on behalf of the PinnacleCare clientele.
