Project: Kawasaki Motor Corp. - Oracle Service Cloud and OPA - Warranty Claims and Contact Center - Oracle Service Cloud lead

I am the Oracle Service Cloud (OSvC) lead on a multi-track project for the University of Windsor that will be integrated with Campus Solutions and Eloqua.

Senior Principal Consultant and Project Manager for PSA Group's OSvC application, Paris, France and Madrid, Spain. PSA is the French manufacturer of Peugot, Citroen and DS automobiles. Their Service Cloud platform has 23 different language interfaces for each brand, 69 total, with extensive customizations (Add-ins, CPM's, CRON scripts, Web Services/Integrations with external applications within PSA's IT infrastructure as well as for all Customer Portal pages ). Oracle Consulting France did the initial implementation. PSA wanted what was in essence a Phase 2 implementation with additional customized features and to troubleshoot a large number of bugs in the syetm. This second phase project was in trouble and I was asked to come in and get the project back on track, which I did. I also delivered a Phase 1 Service Cloud project for Teka Groupe, a Swiss multi-national headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland.

As Oracle Service Cloud Senior Consultant and project manager I'm responsible for all aspects of the RightNow project - from discovery and requirements documentation to development of the site, including extensive customizations as well as integrations and data migration. I have the good fortune to work with a great engineering team with deep experience and expertise on RN. I also roll up my sleeves and do quite a bit of the development work myself, something I enjoy.

I am an independent Oracle RightNow CX solutions architect interested in per-project, on-going support, or customizing and trouble-shooting existing implementations for companies running the RN tool set.

Developing new mobile technology focusing on Bluetooth technology, both hardware and software.

I managed Unisys' RightNow program for over 3 years for some 70+ of their global client RightNow interfaces (list below), including implementation of 25 interfaces, customizations, integrations, upgrades and on-going tech support for Unisys' global teams. Besides English, I worked with RightNow interfaces in French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin Chinese, and Japanese. Being immersed in so many RN interfaces for 3 years gave me an unusual breadth and depth of experience with the software.We had a multi-tenant site that at one time had a high of 33 different company interfaces on the same site. One year I upgraded the entire site - all 33 interfaces - at the same time (required by RN). Many of the RN implementations I did required integration with either Oracle or Liferay portals. All portal integrations required SSO (Single Sign-on, formerly PTA - Pass-through authentication) with custom login parameters to meet company specifications (such as ISA). On many projects I worked with Unisys engineering teams in Seattle and Bangalore who were responsible for the portal side of these projects.My responsibilities also included sales presentations and scope and pricing (SOW) for RN licensing and technical services required for implementations,customizations, etc.
