Graphic Commications Regional Sales Director-Soth Central Region
CurrentI manage a team of Graphic Communications Sales Executives for South Central(Texas/Oklahoma/Arkansas/Louisiana/Mississippi/Alabama and the panhandle of Florida). As the leader of the business group in South Central, I am responsible for Growing our customer base portfolio with New Business Logos, Growing Equipment sales and annuity revenues YOY with full control and responsibility over the P&L including $50M in annual revenues as well as Coaching and Developing my sales staff, Managing for performance and Growth, and Hiring new Talent. Additional responsibilities include:- Monthly and Quarterly Sales Forecasting of my team managed through Salesforce.com- Annual Budgeting of Quota - Territory Configurations- Sales Management Process including review of weekly activities and holding sales executives accountable for delivering their plan- Managing implementations of sold solutions by engaging technical resources from my team and working with service partners to deliver a highly satisfactory customer experience- Field Travel with sales executives and other business partners to over deliver on client defined business requirements.
