As an administration trainee, I commened my working career within the administration department processing accounts, invoices and quotations. As part of the internal training process at Ring-gard (UK) Limited, I worked through to the repairs and installation department whereby I commenced duties of taking calls from customers, arranging repairs with engineers and contractors and preparing and sending quotations.
