With an organizational goal of bringing survey research to bear on social issues in the United States and abroad, my principle responsibility was to establish the framework and operational design of this new entity and help advance its programs. It came to do important work during my tenure both in the US and abroad, particularly an in-person global survey of environment and development administered to 1,000 people in each of 24 countries.

Oversaw all operations of this highly visible private philanthropic foundation supporting public issue oriented nonprofits. Also responsible for creating numerous new organizations, serving on and leading various non profit boards, and building various state and regional partnerships.
