Robert's most current experience and goals relate to professionally assisting senior executives and their teams across many sectors including philanthropy, higher education, cultural institutions, research centers, high level state government leaders, private sector, religious organizations, etc. He is a seasoned personal coach as well as a facilitator of individuals, boards of directors, citizen organizations, and mixed interest groups as large as 150. He also offers a series of workshops on various subjects related to whole systems thinking. As an organizational developer, he has conceived of, built support for and successfully launched organizations that have grown into important social enterprises. He has served on numerous boards including as chairman of a college board of trustees and as founding trustee of various philanthropic and nonprofit leadership oriented boards. Robert began his career as an attorney and practiced criminal and public interest law, trying and arguing cases at nearly all levels of the judicial system as an advocate or expert witness, including the New Jersey Supreme Court.
