The Think MIll is a parent company to several events and entertainment brands. Our goal is to elevate the events world by investing in people and ideas that push the industry forward. • Increased revenue by 10x over a 6-year period. Increased profits from $45K per year to over $1M. • Acted as Managing Director of the company on day to day basis, including developing systems for all areas of the business to scale and grow. • Responsible for growing the company from 4 employees to over 150 employees, across multiple states and locations. • Developed the entire Sales and Marketing strategy, including sales flow, lead generation, and digital outreach. • Responsible for two company re-brands, and two company website designs, from conception to visual input and design on both endeavors. • Grew business from a boutique operation, to becoming one of the Inc5000 Fastest Growing Business in the US, for both 2017 and 2018. With over 100 DJs, 5 locations in multiple states, and 4000 events nationwide. • Developed all payroll, accounting, and sales systems.• Performed all duties with a consistent vision to move VOX DJs into a position to become the first nationally recognized Wedding and Event DJ company.

I worked for ETS for two years. In my role I was in charge of all aspects of my work. This involved generating new business, sourcing candidates, negotiating fees and account management. In my first year at the company I was awarded the Best Newcomer prize for the most profit achieved by any new employee. In my second year I was awarded the Top Consultant prize and generated a greater yearly profit than had ever been achieved by any consultant in the business.
