• Develops and models the curriculum of Life Teen for all high school aged youth, grades 9 through 12; through catechetical, issue, and social nights, held on Sunday evenings.• Develops and implements the curriculum of the College Life model to all college age students. • Recruits and trains all members of the Core Teams who are responsible for planning and facilitating the Sunday evening LT programs and College Life programs.• Organizes, Facilitates and or delegates the monthly Parent Group by presenting what the youth are learning and experiencing for the upcoming month.• Oversees and participates in Relational Ministry by attending local high school events with at least one other member of the Core Team to show support of the activities of the youth.• Develops and plans the curriculum of the fall and spring offsite retreats for both LT and College Life.• Oversees the community service projects that will actively involve the youth and college age young adults.• Maintain office hours in the Life Teen Center during times that are most conducive to the schedules of the youth.• In collaboration with all parish department heads; responsible to receive, edit, format, and publish all announcements and promotional informational to be put into the parish weekly parish bulletin, and Friday Flash. Works extensively with Adobe Creative Suite.• Responsible for maintaining and managing the Google Apps account for St. Andrew.• Responsible for managing the parish Calendar, including all scheduling and facilities requests across all ministries and outside groups.• Responsible for maintaining and updating the Parish Website and Facebook pages for specific programs in collaboration with all parish department heads. • Responsible to work with all outside vendors to maintain best possible quality of all AV and security systems throughout the facility, as well as make purchasing and upgrade decisions regarding all AV, security, computer networking, and hardware.

Responsible for providing guidance to the Executive Council of the ASU chapter of Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity. Facilitate relationship between the local chapter and the national office of Pi Kappa Phi.Oversee the 8-10 person Board of Advisors for the chapter.
