As an Electrical Lecturer at Abingdon and Witney College (AWC), I deliver engaging and effective lessons to students who are pursuing a career in electrical installations. I use my communication and problem-solving skills to explain complex concepts, answer queries, and provide feedback. I also collaborate with other instructors and technicians to design and implement curricula, assessments, and learning resources.I have a strong professional and academic background in electrical and plumbing installations, having completed a level 2 diploma in both fields from AWC. I also have over three years of experience as an instructor and technician at AWC, where I supported the delivery of practical and theoretical courses, maintained and repaired equipment, and ensured health and safety standards. Additionally, I have gained customer service and teamwork skills from working as a shop assistant at Sainsbury's. I am passionate about teaching and learning, and I aim to inspire and motivate my students to achieve their goals.
