Robert began his career in the construction industry over thirty years ago. While attending Conestoga High School, Robert started his own general contracting firm focusing in the residential and commercial markets. In one capacity or another, Robert performed or supervised all the building trades involved in renovation and new construction of businesses, churches and schools in the Philadelphia Main Line area.Robert attended LaSalle University 1978-1982 and continued his contracting business that is still an active firm in the Philadelphia area. The firm has grown to a multi-million dollar contracting organization.After a decade of running his own firm, Robert joined IMC in 1986 as a project manager and worked up the ranks to his present position as President/CEO. Robert personally has spearheaded over a billion dollars worth of development and construction in the healthcare, education, retail, office, multi-family, and commercial markets throughout the country. Robert has overseen the growth of IMC Construction with an construction volume currently excess of $400 million annually. As Chief Executive Officer, Robert is responsible for the strategic direction and administrative oversight of the firm. Robert also is President of Citadel National Construction Group a multi billion dollar national construction group comprised of 7 best of class regional construction firms located coast to coast. Robert is also active in a number of other business endeavors including real-estate development, management and ownership in the commercial, multifamily and assisted living markets.
