Provided on site technical support for the California Governor's Office of Emergency Services (CalOES) during the upgrade of their analog Public Safety Microwave Network (CAPSNET).

Provide leadership on the design and deployment of a microwave network for a greenfield T-Mobile 4G / 5G rollout throughout the state of Montana and Spokane, Washington.Work closely with site development, RF, construction and Field Operations to ensure that all MW, AAV and SatCom related activities meet all schedules and site requirements. Manage the relationship with equipment vendors and service suppliers.Daily reporting and forecasting to the T-Mobile and external program management teams.

Provide strategic input and oversight to the MW/AAV site modification deployment process, including interface with the designated turn-key vendor and its vendors.Review vendors equipment configuration options with objective of assisting RF, vendor, etc in agreeing on best design to meet MW/AAV performance, financial and deployment feasibility and timeline targets.Provide strategic input, oversight and validation of vendors scoping of site-specific leasing and/or permitting activities deemed appropriate to implement the proposed MW/AAV equipment configuration.Monitor vendor deployment production plan and schedule.Identify schedule deviations or challenges and work with team to correct production problems.Coordinate appropriate stakeholders - vendor, Region, Market deployment, etc. to address specific MW/AAV deployment plan challenges.Manage Project delivery with Regional, Market & Field Services Center Engineering teams.

Backhaul PM for the Pacific North West, San Francisco and Iowa markets.Responsible for taking the Sprint 4G Network Vision plan supplied by the National team and implementing that design at market level whilst addressing all backhaul issues, microwave and leased line.Oversaw the installation, commissioning and acceptance of microwave paths into fiber access points. Manage construction schedules to ensure access infrastructure is constructed and ready for AAV to place fiber.

Involved in the design of a microwave backhaul transport solution for the metroPCS 4G LTE network in the Los Angeles and Sacramento markets (800 links), utilizing Ericsson PT/TN 11G to 38GHz radios and using Pathloss 5.Manage a team of local engineers to ensure that they are implementing that design correctly and making alterations at the site level where the specified design cannot be met. Provide feedback to all parties involved.Build good relationships with Site Acquisition vendors, National Design Team and metroPCS representatives.

My key objectives were to design, plan and develop a new IP/Ethernet MW transport solution (E/// and SIAE) to facilitate network opex reduction on the T-Mobile and 3UK consolidated RAN. MW design, lub layer design and configuration.

Worked on the ALU bid for a 2800 leased line swap-out in Belgium. Create nominal plan, BOM, processes and procedures and presented the proposals to the client, Mobistar.

Oversaw the design of Sprint’s 4G WiMax backhaul network being deployed in New York, Washington, Baltimore, Philadelphia, Tampa and Houston.

Responsible for the design of a microwave point-to-point network to facilitate lease line reduction in Vodafone’s 2G/3G BTS sites in the southwest of England.

Designed a PDH/SDH access network for a new GSM turnkey rollout (over 600 BTS) utilizing Nokia and Nera microwave equipment and fibre access network.

Set up and managed the Transmission Department in readiness for a full turnkey GSM network rollout (300 BTS, 7 BSC and MSC) for Etisalat.

Ordered and project managed the delivery of E1 bearers from Wholesale Network Service Providers in line with the "just in time" process. Omnix and Magnet experience.

Managed the deployment of a turnkey CDMA-2000 1X cellular network (650 BTS &14 BSC) in the west of India.

Designed and planned the transmission access network (microwave and leased line) for a full turnkey 3G network in Stockholm City, based on Alcatel technology.

Planned point to point microwave links and leased lines for two separate mobile networks, Ericsson and Motorola.

Planned and engineered microwave point-to-point links to integrate Nokia sites on a 2G network.

Responsible for managing the delivery of optical fibre interconnects to OLOs for the UK Local Network Planning Organisation
