I am the ESP standards commitee chairman responsibile for all standards associated to downhole and surface ESP equipment. I administrate 15 contracts for Artificial Lift equipment including tender, evaluation, award, design, procurement, project management through to installation and commissioning at which point the well is turned over to Producing. I am responsibility for runlife improvement, failure analysis and reliability enhancement for all ESP fields, new technology introduction and any strategy to decrease operating cost will decreasing deferred production. In my spare time, I provide corporate training on Artificial Lift and personally mentor several young engineers. Everyone else left. If anyone is looking for a job, let me know.
