Bob’s experience and impact spans the globe, from his early sales and marketing career in the US, to his extensive international operating experience driving transformation and profitable growth across Europe, South America, China and Greater Asia. With roots in his family’s agriculture dealerships, Bob developed early “hands on, boots on the ground” experience with customers, problem solving and developing win/win relationships. An experienced governance leader, Bob serves as an officer of AGCO, and also serves on the Board of Directors of Pacific Ag Rentals, AGCO/TAFE Joint Venture, and AGCO/Rabobank Joint Venture. In the recent past, he was Board Chair of the largest construction and agricultural industry association, the Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM), a 1000 plus member organization.
