I worked both in a team environment and independently on projects. I currently am a traffic demand modeler for the North Spokane Corridor project, I have taken the initiative to learn VISUM modeling software on my own. I am also responsible for the R/W, parcel and working base maps, to ensure CAD drafting standards are met for production of PS&Es, Alta Survey’s and exhibit maps. I researched and helped define cost estimates for current and future projects. As a field inspector, I conducted structure and project surveying, routinely kept an Inspector Daily Report and prepared field and pay notes using calculated quantities for labor and materials. I have worked with Real Estate Service agents in R/W estimates and have prepared exhibit maps for acquisition of property. I used traffic modeling software such as Sidra Intersection, Synchro 7, Visum and Vissim for roundabout and network analysis to evaluate design alternatives. My experience in design, construction and customer service has given me the ability to successfully complete the tasks required of a seasoned entry level Transportation Engineer.

As a Telecommunication Tech my duties were to design and build network closets. I also built and tested data and phone infrastructure (indoor and outdoor CAT 3/5/6, fiber optics, Racks, Patch Panels). Inventoried project materials, and developed quantity lists. I coordinated work though prime contractor with other trades, read blueprints and specifications and finalized As Builds as projects were completed.

As a Customer Service Support Representative my duties were to respond to customer inquiries and complaints, make sure that any problems they were experiencing were resolved to the customers satisfaction. This involved phone and email contact, review and input of documentation, coordination between customer, billing entities and financial departments to make sure payments were issued and received, tracking documentation and follow-ups with both customer and billing entities.
