Working as a consultant construction manager in the Telecom industry in the five states surrounding Maryland, known as the BAWA market for NB+C. Have worked on AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and Crown Castle projects. Prior to the cell phone industry I was building custom homes throughout Utah, Arizona, and California.

Overseeing the process of bringing all cell phone related equipment, both on the tower and in the shelter/cabinet, up to the current standards for Viaero throughout the western half of Nebraska.

• Worked on the Sprint Deconstruction project. Responsible for all phases of construction throughout Southern Idaho, all of Utah, Las Vegas, and southern California. • Worked on the Emergency Services 911 project for the state of North Dakota. The project is for the state of North Dakota, but it is Motorola that holds the contract, and Pyramid is the primary builder for Motorola, and is the sole builder working for Motorola in North Dakota. My duties include all phases of the project, from the first site walk, through all phases, until finally the job is complete and we can hand over the site to Motorola, who then hands if over to the State.

Hired as a CLD class A driver, for both 5th wheel tractor trailer and double bottom, to do any service that the oil companies required. Primary job function was to remove production water from well sites, but also cleaned up many spills of all kinds, including oil. Construction Manager, worked on T-Mobil, Verizon, and Crown Castle projects.

Worked on the Crown Castle Small Cell project in Baltimore as the manager of fiber runs throughout the city, was in charge of closing out permits for the project, also worked on the Verizon small cell project in the BAWA market which included Maryland, Northern Virginia, and Washington DC. This project included everything from the Tech Team Visit (TTV) to where the site was handed over to Verizon as a completed site. The SCell sites are typically small with the antenna being a lot closer to the ground. They can be found on top of light poles, on top of gas station canopies, hidden inside of garage parking signs, as stealth chimneys, and many other concealment locations. NB+C oversees all phases of this project, and as construction manager was responsible for making sure that every step from the TTV visit to the final closeout was done correctly. Was personally responsible for reporting to Verizon at all meetings. As is always the case, keeping the general contractors on track is always the greatest challenge. As a note, the small cell project is now being turned over to what the world knows as 5G.

Hauled fresh water to frac sites where they were hydraulic fracturing for the production of oil.

Hired to oversee all areas of construction in part of the Bagram Airbase. Within four months, by hand poured concrete to the extent of about 2,073 3m to be used as pads for Conex housing and roadways. Both personally ran and supervised the use of a track hoe to excavate large holes where septic storage tanks were to be stored and to prep the road. Built and sandbagged blast shelters, assembled built and maintained Conex housing, was the construction manager over a diverse multiethnic and linguistically challenging group of employees which included Afghanis', Philippines, a man from Sri Lanka, and Americans. Also managed heavy equipment that was used for the building of all stated projects. In Kabul supervised the sandbagging of Conexs' at the American Embassy.

• Employed by Becon, a subsidiary of Bechtel Telecommunications, working in the wireless communications field for AT&T in the Baltimore Washington DC area.• Tower Climber and worked that job continuously for 18 months. Also completed computer related assignments, such as payroll input.• Responsible for logistics of all UMTS cabinets and related equipment. Job included customer relations, which included coordinating deliveries for three different companies, scheduling setup for the use of crane, and all related site audits related to the use of a crane, completing paperwork for job status and completion, and maintaining a tracker for employers.• Warehouse Manager/Purchasing Agent, responsible for all inventory and making sure that all tower, electrical, and construction crews, were able to instantly pick up material that would be needed on a daily bases. Was required to order material in advance for upcoming jobs, as well as current jobs.• Received additional training and certifications which are available upon request.
