Reduced headcount thru attrition yet maintained acceptable levels of on-time delivery of up to 95%.• Leading the focus on quality, service level and productivity by accountability and proactive training. Setting stretch goals, attacking issues upstream, and providing real-time feedback. Under 0.55% outgoing off quality.• Increased efficiency 6% in key critical tufting by goal setting, Kaizens and Lean events to provide immediate feedback.• Lead the team to reduce vital waste streams including set-up waste, beam waste, and hard waste by 13% utilizing Six Sigma methodology.• Decreased held inventory from an average of 175 rolls (~ $500,000) to 0 in last three months of 2015.
