Worked closely with other PFBCprogram areas, PA Game Commission, local, state and federal law enforcement and regulatoryagencies, municipalities, volunteer fire/rescue organizations, watershed groups, fishing clubsand state/local NGO’s.• Led and participated in statewide and out-of-state, complex, multijurisdictional criminalinvestigations of violations of state and federal wildlife and fisheries statutes, including thecommercialization of native fish and wildlife and endangered and threatened species.• Investigated and prosecuted water pollution cases ranging from minor erosion andsedimentation control violations to serious incidents involving large fish kills.• Recruited, trained and supervised six Deputy Waterways Conservation Officers (paidvolunteers). Administered district DWCO budget.• Investigated boating accidents including several high-profile boating fatalities.
