We meet every 4th Tuesday of the month at Bridgeway, 93 Stickles Pond Road, Newton at 7 PM.Our program has been recognized twice in the State of NJ as Outstanding Connections Support group for the years 2017 and 2018.

As a practitioner at the Reiki Master level, I am attuned to give in person and distance Reiki to clients. Reiki is a healing energy and light that is given from the practitioner to the client. The energy and light are healing, restorative and deeply relaxing. Reiki doesn't change the body but gives the body the chance to change itself by removing blockages occurring in energy centers in the body. I do this both through the clinic at the Center and in private practice.

Appeared in the award winning full length documentary Code 9- Officer Needs Assistance. This film explores the dark side of being a first responder. You learn all you need to know about protecting yourself physically but they never prepare you for what you'll face emotionally. This film explores, through the life experiences of several police officers, the trauma that led to their PTSD and what they did to deal with that trauma. There is hope.

I assist in welcoming new members and monitoring the conduct and activities of those in the group. This is a lively website where members can keep up with each other and the events in their lives. With both active and retired members of law enforcement and their friends, the website is a welcome place for all participants.

As a Child Care Worker I work with emotionally disturbed adolescents in a residential facility. I am part of a clinical team that works for the betterment of these adolescents. I actively participate in their daily routines such sports activities, dining, food shopping, exercise programs, food preparation and general recreational activities. I oversee their adherence to certain responsibilities and observe their behaviors including interaction with peers and staff members, and the general public when out on activities.

Was assigned to City Command. Responsible for the management of the entire police department for the midnight tour. Responsibilities included servicing out of town warrant pickups, interfacing with other agencies and their representatives, deployment of department personnel in agency wide operations, mutual aid to other municipalities and agencies, overtime outside of assigned tour of duty that may impact budgetary allotments for that given unit, authorization for forced entries and tactical deployments.

I've also held positions as a police officer in the West District and East District, Emergency Services Unit, and Police Academy as an instructor, as a sergeant at the Car Pound and South District, as a lieutenant at the South District and the North District and as a Captain at City Command.
