I was admitted to practise as a solicitor in 1978. I became a partner in Flower and Hart in 1980. On 1 March 2012, Flower and Hart merged with Middletons, an Australian law firm with offices in Perth, Melbourne and Sydney.On 1 January 2013, Middletons merged with K & L Gates, a law firm based in the USA with offices around the world. There were then 27 offices in the USA and 21 offices in other parts of the world namely Europe, Middle East, Asia/Pacific and South America.I was a partner in K & L Gates from January 2013 to February 2015. I was on the Australian board of directors and the Global Management Committee.I moved from K & L Gates to Paxton-Hall Lawyers in January 2016.I began my career practising in property law and subsequently expanded to commercial law. I am experienced in corporations law, securities, competition and consumer, trusts, tax-exempt entities, privacy. I am well qualified to act in buying and selling business related assets.
