Projects delivered include;With volunteer members and ICE staff, developed a three year plan of activity across the ICE’s learned society, coordinating the work of over 200 volunteer members. Creation of a downloadable presentation and regional roadshow demonstrating methods to reduce carbon emissions in infrastructure. Instrumental in the creation of the Infrastructure Carbon Review carried out by HM treasury. Capability framework used by client organisations to self assess their organisation. Membership induction pack explaining the volunteer aspects of ICE, used to welcome members to the ICE learned society and explain their roles and responsibilities. Revised the internal taxonomy, improving website usability and interactions with our publishing division. Improved internal collaboration within the organisation, creating a flow of activity from research and thought leadership teams into knowledge content and out to the wider membership. Day to Day activities;• Managing a team of five in the creation and maintenance of a suite of knowledge content across a number of civil engineering disciplines.• Responsible for managing budgets and resources for the 16 committees within ICE’s learned society.• Involved in the identification and securing of sponsorship opportunities to support committee activity

Projects Delivered include;Workshops and seminars on how diversity can lead to better decision making. ‘Painting a New London’ exhibition and preview event featuring paintings of infrastructure in the making. ICE competency framework, used by over 500 members to self-assess their strengths and weaknessesDay to day activity included;• Ensuring volunteer members were engaged and aware of ICE initiatives and opportunities. • Providing secretarial support for a number of senior level volunteer committees.
