Scientific Atlanta ● Integration Program ManagerProgram Manager for Scientific Atlanta acquisition, the largest Cisco deal at $7B, driving n-state system and process changes, legal entity consolidate, supply chain migration, TSA separation and decommission activities. • Managed multiple workstream PMs ranging from Sales & Field Readiness to Product Introduction and Supply Chain Readiness. Responsible for project governance and schedule control.• Aligned with large Cisco wide transformational programs impacting ERP, NPI, Engineering and ordering tools. The transition from Oracle 11i to R12 saw more than 11,000 PIDs EOL’d • Lead cross-workstream sessions that produced Plan of Record (PoR) project plans and risk assessments. Reported out on progress against PoR to SVP and VP Steering Committee members.Scientific Atlanta ● Customer Partner Readiness – Workstream Program ManagerMigrated $4B annual revenue from legacy contracts and ordering tools to Cisco and Partners. Rationalized the migration strategy of more than 1,000 customers across the globe. The activities involved contract negotiations, customer on-boarding and Go-To-Market process and system changes.• Developed GTM due diligence to set strategy for customer/partner migration in prep for Cisco Orderability. Coordinated with Orderability Readiness and Service Introduction workstreams.• Worked with Product Managers to ensure successful product setup, configuration and pricing for Cisco Orderability across the SPVTG BUs. • Managed team of 5 project managers to execute 300+ customer migrations. PMs were responsible for engaging cross functionally with Account Managers, Ops, Finance and Contract Negotiators. ClearAccess ● Customer Partner Readiness – Workstream Program ManagerExecuted customer migration from acquired company to Cisco and Partner contracts and tools for a small technology acquisition. Successfully transitioned customers to Sales and BU support.

Delivered on high visibility, strategic programs for the Equity and Fixed Income Portfolio Managers. The initiatives included business change, growth of AUM and regulatory compliance. • Led key team in merger activity related to Index fund migration of Blackrock Quantitative Index funds (USD $80B) to the target Index Equity investment platform, more than $400B in AUM. The effort addressed front and back-end operations for the investment platform. The project defined connected business and application changes required for a single platform across the combined firms.• Migrated Canadian iShares (USD $23B) and processes onto a common US platform by working closely with transfer agents and internal groups which streamlined processes and significantly cut operating costs. • Provided expertise and management for 2 regulatory projects: addressed Automated Business Controls for Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) initiative, validated OCC standards and controls which significantly reduced access violations by over 90% and increased CMDB data quality.
