As Chief Experience Officer I combine my background in strategy and consulting with a passion for building engaging and effective experiences for customers - advised the leaders of many of the world's largest brands on how to improve their experience; VW, Dyson, Shell, Samsung, Adidas, Walmart, BT, Selfridges, Nestle, Unilever, PayPal, BMW. Before I got into this world, I went to art school and trained in design before becoming a freelance journalist, reporting on the London art scene. Outside of work, I'm obsessed with reading everything I can get my hands on about political election campaigns, and I go to the cinema as often as humanly possible.Thanks to a bet, I also run the hugely influential and serious website AnimalsRidingThings, a site that has accidentally eclipsed anything else I've ever done in my career.
