In the last 15 years I have specialised in Warehouse Management, most recently as Operations Manager for South Wales largest independent storage and transport company. I covered all Operations having 3 warehouse managers and 1 transport manager reporting to me daily. My duties were making sure that each site operated to strict guidelines for Quality and Health and Safety, budget control, Human Resource and Customer Account Management.My main achievement has been the pivotal figure for taking the company from a £350k per year company to the £4m per year company it is today in 11 years of hard work and excellent customer services. I am aware of transport planning having covered the transport manager during annual leave and assisting during peak times. I am capable of planning single drop loads and multi drops effectively and cost efficiently.
