I have been described as a catalyst. Through my extensive management experience at the corporate, legislative and non-profit level I have had the good fortune to work with some great people in some great organizations and to know many dynamite can-do people - both internal to my organizations and external. As a result I have had terrific mentors and been successful in building the teams necessary to break log-jams and barriers to achieve productive outcomes when faced with significant challenges regardless of industry. My Gallup Strengthsfinder analysis has identified Activator (desire to accomplish), Achiever (driven by outcomes), Individualization (ability to identify the strengths of people around me) and Arranger (ability to match people’s strength’s effectively when team building) as my top strengths. My personal objective in business is to Make Great Things Happen - while meeting organizational goals - and to Make Community Happen while I am doing it. All of which requires partnership with the right people and a collective impact approach.
