Represented Arden Realty/GE in the disposition of three office buildings totaling more than 80,000 square feet at a combined value of $16 million in Calabasas. Among his many long-term clients, Rob has represented VDA Property Company for over 15 years and executed in excess of 100 transactions totaling approximately $10 million in consideration including a lease renewal with City National Bank at a market high rental rate of $4.50 per RSF, and Jamison Properties, for which he has completed multiple transactions with a value of $3 million over a 2-year period. Client representation assignments include the acquisition of a 30,000 RSF owner-user property on behalf of IO Film and The Post Group for whom he leveraged a strong balance sheet to prevail against a higher competing bid and closed the transaction at an under-market purchase price; multiple transactions totaling 20,000 RSF valued at approximately $3 million including a recent short term renewal and expansion on behalf of Momentous Insurance Brokerage; and multiple transactions totaling $3 million in consideration over a 10-year relationship with Porky Products, Inc. Represented Fremont General Corp. (now Signature Group Holdings) in acquisitions, dispositions and the relocation of its corporate headquarters including disposing of 120,000 SF of subleases in Glendale for company’s insurance division; the acquisition of six, 5,000-square-foot bank branches in premier retail locations throughout Southern California for investment and loan division; and a 105,000-SF corporate relocation to The Water Garden, Santa Monica valued at approximately $30 million. Represented Technicolor, Inc. in effort to consolidate multiple obsolete facilities in Burbank and Hollywood while acquiring new lease space totaling 135,000 SF at Media Studios North in Burbank. Solution allowed Technicolor to expand within its new campus facility while providing amenities for employee retention and providing more efficient space use.Represented AFTRA-SAG in its effort to acquire a corporate headquarters with ground floor retail to accommodate it credit union branch. Conducted an exhaustive search of entertainment-populated submarkets and successfully identified and negotiated the purchase of a 30,000 RSF facility in Burbank.Other assignments included representation of The Walt Disney Co. in the disposition of 85,000 RSF and a 35,000 RSF acquisition valued at approximately $12 million in Aliso Viejo on behalf of US Technology Resources.

Represented major office users including IKON Office Solutions and NEC Business Network Solutions in regional headquarters leases. Transacted 120,000 RSF worth of leases including a regional headquarters in Irvine, CA with a total consideration of approximately $21 million on behalf of IKON, and transacted 45,000 RSF worth of leases including a regional headquarters with a deal value of about $5.4 million for NEC.
