Represented Technicolor, Inc. in effort to consolidate multiple obsolete facilities in Burbank and Hollywood while acquiring new lease space totaling 135,000 SF at Media Studios North in Burbank. Solution allowed Technicolor to expand within its new campus facility while providing amenities for employee retention and providing more efficient space use.Represented AFTRA-SAG in its effort to acquire a corporate headquarters with ground floor retail to accommodate it credit union branch. Conducted an exhaustive search of entertainment-populated submarkets and successfully identified and negotiated the purchase of a 30,000 RSF facility in Burbank.Other assignments included representation of The Walt Disney Co. in the disposition of 85,000 RSF and a 35,000 RSF acquisition valued at approximately $12 million in Aliso Viejo on behalf of US Technology Resources.
