I lead and develop a team of marketing and stewardship professionals who work with the crop businesses, sales, technical, regulatory, and legal functions to deliver value to our customers and stakeholders.With over 16 years of experience in traits and crop system marketing, commercialization, and stewardship, I have a proven track record of aligning marketing plans, delivering profitable growth, improving perceptions of value, making tradeoffs and prioritizing opportunities, setting financial metrics, targets, and budgets, and ensuring commercial and regulatory compliance for our products and systems in North America.
