The company currently serves two large companies including an OMC, has branded three offices of this OMC, worked for more than 20 SMEs and individuals in its first year of operation.

My responsibilities also included ensuring all the customers’ aims and objectives, were met, while maintaining all health and safety regulations. Additionally, my responsibilities included implementing Fairthorne Manor’s operational policies, assisting with the maintenance of the estate. Here, I recorded the most successful day camps provision ever during the years 2012 and 2013 when I was the Age Group Leader and ensured 100% safety of all participants in activities organised.

My responsibilities included providing metallurgical support to the process plant operation on shift basis and monitored all plants parameters that affect gold recovery. I also supervised laboratory test work and ensured standard sampling procedure and preparation were followed. Additionally, I supervised crushing, milling, leaching and elution operation for processing of oxide and tailings materials. I successfully ensured that four hourly and daily shift plant metallurgical reports were presented to processing management team with 100% record and became an Acting Shift Metallurgist for a month.
