My role in one sentence is: “To analyse sales and coordinate marketing needs across different brands in Cambridge clothing.” Each brand has a seasonal campaign set down with different internal stakeholders throughout our organization. Brand values and campaign needs plus ideas are organized internally before briefing outside agencies. Starting with the creative brief right through to getting the marketing material implemented through-out New Zealand and Australia, my role is to coordinate the process so all needs are meet. The external stakeholders I work with are stylists, PR agencies, graphic designers, photographers and printers. Along the way I need to monitor my spending against a budget and maintain a GANT sheet to keep me well organized and running smoothly. The second part of my job is to work closely with the sales manager to set budgets for the wholesale department on expected growth for Area managers, Brands and product. I then analyse the sales and track them against the set budgets.
