  From 2002 – 2015, I worked for Minneapolis retail collections as an admin support specialist in the operations area. I supported the retail collection staff with many functions, my job consists of making sure all the documents that go through this site are scanned, imaged, documented and secure for 120 days. I managed 20,000 pieces of paper a month. I’ve also sent out 1000 warranty letters to dealerships on gap insurance and warranty service information a month, handled the morning voice mails for 4 departments, overnight mail, document return mail and help out where ever there’s a need. I also looked for ways to improve my job; they include worked with management to create an automated macro for quicker processing.
