In 2023, I began my journey into IT by enrolling in Google’s IT Support Professional courses via Coursera, earning certifications in both Google IT Support Professional and Technical Support Fundamentals. This foundational training equipped me with a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, troubleshooting, and system management. To further expand my technical knowledge, I enrolled in the PerScholas IT Support program in 2024, where I continue to develop advanced skills in network configuration, hardware diagnostics, and IT security fundamentals.Throughout my training and experience, I have gained expertise in operating a variety of software programs, navigating and troubleshooting Linux environments, and diagnosing a wide range of technical issues. My passion for technology began early, driven by a deep interest in gaming. Through the process of debugging and soft-modding video games, I developed a strong analytical mindset and the ability to solve complex problems through persistence, research, and hands-on application.With a solid foundation in IT support and a strong interest in cybersecurity, my ultimate goal is to transition into the cybersecurity field. I am eager to leverage my technical expertise to protect organizations from emerging threats, malware, and vulnerabilities, contributing to a safer and more resilient digital landscape.
