At the age of 23 i've only worked for 2 companies but excelled in my role once moving to insurance. I have moved forward with my career at a fast rate displaying a number of qualities such as self motivation, enthusiasm and confidence in my ability. My experience and career predominantly now lies within management and developing people but I have also have skills and experience in dealing with sales, face to face customer experience, complaints handling and other areas of expertise. I am hugely focused on making sure the team I work for is successful and enjoy teamwork but at the same time if I am given tasks to do on an individual basis I welcome that challenge and make sure i'm 100% successful individually. Finally, I do hold a full UK driving licence which will enable me to travel to work wherever and whenever I may be required within an organisation.
