I have over thirty years of experience marketing and sales. As a Licensed Auctioneer in Florida and Pennsylvania, Real Estate Broker and Salesperson in Florida, Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York I bring a deep understanding of real estate transactions. I specialize in Accelerated Marketing and Real Estate Auctions and have sold farms, residential properties and every type of commercial property at auction. Throughout my career, I've held significant roles such as President and Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the New Jersey State Society of Auctioneers. I am actively involved with the National Auctioneers Association, where I serve as a State Ambassador. I am also a longstanding member of the National Realtors Association, Pennsylvania Auctioneers Association, and have been actively engaged with organizations like the National Association of Builders, Pennsylvania Bankers Association, New Jersey League of Municipalities, and Pennsylvania State Association of Township Supervisors.My academic background includes a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Gwynedd Mercy University in Gwynedd Valley, Pennsylvania. I hold designations as an Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate (AARE) and a graduate of the Certified Auctioneers Institute at Indiana University (CAI).Beyond my professional achievements, I am committed to giving back to the community. I've dedicated my time to fundraising for various charities, including Habitat for Humanity, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, The Archdiocese of Philadelphia, and Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.Currently, I consult with banks, builders, estates, and trusts, offering strategic advice on optimizing their real estate portfolios.
