  Resident Project Representative for American Structurepoint Inc., Civil and Structural Engineers, Architects, Planners and IT Professionals. I'm commonly referred to as an "Inspector" but my title is "Resident Project Representative". As an RPR representing the client, I am responsible for ensuring that the work complies with the contract documents, the means and methods of construction and the approved materials. I maintain records of progress, prepare reports and process Field Work Orders, RFIs, Change Orders and Applications for Payment. I schedule, monitor and oversee materials testing of asphalt, concrete and road base materials. Recent projects have been the rehabilitation of the John Herrick Bridge over the Olentangy River, reconstruction of Woody Hayes Drive and reconstruction of Carmack Rd. on The Ohio State University main campus in Columbus, Ohio. For client CampusParc LLC, I have been assigned as Field Manager on repair and reconstruction of of parking garages, reconstruction of surface parking lots and a campus wide upgrade of all lighting at OSU surface parking lots. Structurepoint also contracts with the City of Canal Winchester, Ohio where I have been assigned to roadway repair and reconstruction projects, utility connections at Brew Dog US Headquarters and Brewery and subdivision infrastructure projects.During my career I have worked on large industrial construction projects, municipal water and waste water projects, sewer and water distribution projects, streetscape and large scale underground electrical transmission projects.
