I am a partner in the Global Finance practice at Paul Hastings, based in the firm’s London office. I advise banks, other financial institutions, and corporate borrowers and issuers on a wide range of banking and finance transactions, with a particular focus on cross-border acquisition finance.I help my clients navigate a broad spectrum of debt capital structures, including: senior/mezzanine financing, bank/bond financing, public-to-private takeover financing, private credit financing, infrastructure financing, bridge financing, and holdco PIK financing.Prior to my time at Paul Hastings, I was a partner at Latham & Watkins, was selected as an International Rising Star of the Year at the IFLR Europe Awards 2021, and seconded to Hellman & Friedman and Deutsche Bank’s leveraged finance legal team.
