Project Superintendent
CurrentMiles-McClellan Construction Company is a full-service construction management firm from Columbus Ohio, with regional offices in Charlotte and Greensboro, North Carolina. As Project Superintendent, I oversee day to day construction site activities, including project scheduling, logistics, quality control, final delivery and punch-out. Coordinate projects with local and state agencies, Senior Management, Developers, Project Ownership and Architectural Design Teams to review project scope, buildout designs, define issues, develop deliverables and associated timelines, assign and track action items. Involved in the end-to-end management of projects from change management, exterior/interior construction and layout, preventive maintenance, lighting, plumbing, HVAC, and finalization. Highlighted Projects include:- Honda Aircraft Co., Inc. World Headquarters: 70,000 sq. ft.
