Tech Lead for a major transformation project modernising the fund’s core superannuation/registry platform. My remit spanned rearchitecture, detailed design, and full data migration. High impact, transformative initiative which set the fund up to meet its high-growth strategic objectives.

Developed software libraries to build out the firm’s middleware assets, enabling the firm to produce client-tailored software solutions faster and cheaper. Optimised code libraries for both traditional (server/desktop) and embedded (mobile) devices.Created tailored operating system distributions (Microsoft and Linux) for clients supplying their technology services through embedded systems (appliances).Developed early-stage traffic congestion simulation software to assist the city council of an Australian capital city.

Working in the university’s IT Faculty, and spanning subjects Database Management and Computer Networking, I primarily led student tutorials for students completing undergraduate and postgraduate IT degrees. Preparing and delivering tutorials, marking assessments, and working with IT Lecturers to improve learning outcomes for each student cohort.
