• Conduct Human Resources planning activities with managers in order to proactively identify potential staffing challenges and develop action plans to mitigate risks• Consult with client managers regarding the requirements for vacant positions, initiate staffing processes, develop assessment tools for the staffing process based on the requirements of the position, and complete orientation of successful candidates• Present briefings to senior management regarding staffing trends, anticipated challenges and risks for the region and the progress of staffing processes • Advise management on the resolution of Labour Relations areas such as performance management, accommodations, and grievances
