My Faith and Family are the driving force behind everything I do in life. I’ve been blessed to travel the world and work in industries ranging from hospitality, marketing to sales. I’m proud to say that I’m married to an exceptional women who has rewarded me with two incredible boys who demand a lot of attention and love to be active. The challenge in this life time is finding a career or an organization that fully embraces a work life balance for family going, ambitious people. Upon identifying my career path, It was essential my role and responsibilities actually beneficially contributed to the betterment of society, local community and the economy whilst also providing financial stability to provide for my families needs. I wanted to be in an environment whereby a win for me translated into a domino effect of impact to others. Sales and leadership have afforded me just that. The fact that I am fortunate enough to leverage a platform through forged, business partnerships that directly impacts and inspires our client’s leadership and helps them drive execution and a healthy, work environment for their staff is truly a blessing to me.I lead a team at Oasis of like-minded individuals that understand that what we do truly makes a difference in our local community and nationwide. We seek to understand the needs of small, medium and large businesses so as to help them identify their business challenges, and how we as Oasis in partnership with them can bridge those gaps. We develop business continuity plans, strategic reinforcement and bring a level of protection and stabilization for our clients so that they can focus on their core business, attract and retain top talent and compete against their largest competitors in their respective industry. We execute all our engagements with prospects, clients and channel partnerships with nothing but the highest level of integrity, professionalism and attention to detail.It is my responsibility to support the growth and development of our reps that choose Oasis as a career path and I take that role very seriously.
