As a Technical Project Leader (with a team size of 5) of upgrade group, I was responsible for the following –• Understanding the existing Siebel Sales Enterprise Application and Data loading from the interface systems and prepared a Technical Design Documentation based on Siebel 7.7 for a client’s approval for upgradation.• Worked with DBA for sizing and architecture planning for Siebel 7.7 installation and subsequently installation of Siebel Server/Client.• Task allocation and program tracking for the team members based on their skills and experience.• Involved in creation of metrics reports on timely/periodical basis as per the management requirements.As an Onsite Coordinator (with offshore team size of 6), I was responsible • Documenting the differences between Siebel 7.5.2 and Siebel 6.0.3 to be released to Business user community. • Reviewing the integration and functional requirements and participate in discussions with Business users of Siebel and SAP to arrive at a data model and components of business logic.• Analyzing, Developing, Testing and Customizing integrations from SAP to Siebel and vice versa through Enterprise Application Integration.As a Technical Software Consultant, I was responsible for the following –• Analyzing and Designing the client request and accordingly modifying the application to meet the client's requirement.• Adding functionality in Siebel Vanilla as per Client's requirement.• Technical Documentation of the system.As an Application Analyst, I was responsible for the following-• Involved in analyzing, designing, coding, testing and documenting and also optimizing the performance of the project.• Developing and implementing Remote Function Calls in ABAP/4, which were accessed by the web browsers. These Remote Function Calls were allowing the sales representatives to forecast the future sales planning and also aiding the management to make financial and production decisions.
