As an Applications Engineer for Joest Inc, I develop technical quotations for customers to recommend dimensions, drive size, and material composition for vibrating feeders and conveyors. I work closely with vendors and fabrication shops to ensure accurate pricing and timely delivery to customers. Additional responsibilities include management of parts procurement process and manufacturing software for the company.

I lead our company in qualifying and selecting an ERP System (ECI JobBOSS2) to manage our database of customers, vendors, parts, engineering drawings, and inventory. This was a two year project that involved consolidation of subsidiary companies and multiple locations/databases. For this integration project, I was Project Manager and worked daily with our Accounting Manager and Engineering Manager to successfully launch our new ERP system. Additionally I oversaw all inventory levels and logistics for all spare part sales and machinery for North America between our vendors, warehouse, and customers. Additional responsibilities include coordinating logistics between fabrication shops, headquarters in Germany, and customers for all manufactured machines. Warranty repairs and complaint processes are also handled by my department.
