Areas of responsibility:- Program management to execute contracts on time, with required quality and within cost- Responsibility to meet financial targets (revenue and profit)- Capacity planning and resource allocation management (customer delivery, R&D and product development) - People management and motivation- Introduction of a quality system and engineering processes- Introduction of agile work methodology in the engineering team- Strategy (technical roadmap, product strategy, funding strategy, development program)- Sales support (estimation of cost and schedule) to sales department - Setting up production of standard building blocks and products- Scaling of production and project delivery to meet long term strategic objective in company group

- Development and key account responsibility for the European institutional space market (ESA/EU)- Coordination of technology development activities with regards to GomSpace internal technology roadmap - Securing of external funding for strategic technology developments - Strategic support in larger business critical projects- Development of GomSpace’s policy towards the European institutional space market (ESA EU)

- Development and management of national programmes for technology and applications- Close contact and coordination of technology development activities with SME’s and larger companies as well as universities and research institutes - Full responsibility for all matters at SNSB associated with space based telecommunications and navigation. Advisory role to DG on budget and strategy matters relating to both upstream and downstream activities.- Coordination of Sweden’s participation in the European GNSS Programmes (Galileo and EGNOS)- Delegate to ESA Programme Boards: JCB, PB-NAV and AFC (formerly also IPC and PB-LAU)- Responsibility for aligning national programmes and participation in ESA programmes to better answer to the agency’s new strategy covering the period 2016-2020 with focus on development of technologies and services for innovation and growth. - Board member: Swedish Board of Radio Navigation (RNN) 2013 - 2017- Board member: Graduate School of Space Technology at Luleå University of Technology 2010 – 2015

Project LISA – Lightweight Inter-Satellite Link Antenna- Project management, structural and thermal design, test coordination, presentations and publications. - Working language: German- Teaching assistant in the basic Spacecraft Technology 1 course and the advanced Spacecraft Technology 2 course within the international master graduate programmes ESPACE and EuMAS.- Teaching language: English- Supervising students in projects
