Hughes technical Center research and Development May 2019 to Present· Task order lead with a contract value of 10 million· Responsible for over 160 deliverables assigned to a project task· Coordinates personnel where needed to support of other tasks· Ensure scheduled daily work is completed and that established production and quality goals are met · Coordinate the activities of one or more field technicians in the field; observation and supervision of sub-contractor field labor· Develop and maintain status reports to assure team, project management, and customer have a clear picture of project status.General Dynamics Information Technology Senior Engineering Technician IV· Active Security clearance· Senior Engineering Technician IV in charge of eight technicians at the FAANational Airport Pavement Test Facility· GDIT Safety Representative to the FAA ATRD program· As the primary operator of the National Airport Pavement test vehicle, I am responsible for testing both concrete and asphalt pavements for airport research and development· Acting as both the senior engineer technician and also the mechanical engineer on hand for upgrades and repairs of test vehicle and Facility· Able to read wiring schematics and blueprint to meet requirements of goals· Responsible for overall maintenance of test vehicle, i.e. vehicle hydraulics, pneumatics, brake systems, gearboxes and motors, wheel loading modules and wheel assemblies.· Responsible for assisting instrumentation engineer with the removal and installation of strain gauges, joint gauges, and other instrumentation needed for various test items needed for surface and subgrade test requirements.· Responsible for writing SOW for work needed and built contracts for different projects needed in the facility.· Responsible for all activities for ongoing projects in or around test facility
