The initial task would have been to manage the rollout for an APC (Automatic Passenger Counting System) for all relevant vehicles of PostAuto AG. It turned out that the entire project had to be relaunched since the assumptions were not correct. Hardware and software had to be newly adapted / developed. Due to various reorganizations and the switch to scrum/agile (not in the entire group), the lead took a little bit longer but has been completed successfully.

The aim of the short term assignment in the public administration was to reinitialise and implement projects, to force go/no go decisions and to carry out feasibility studies. The projects were located in the areas of security, inmate administration and human resources.

In my role as Senior Project Manager, I led a digitization project for a large public transport company. The goal was to standardize and digitize the different processes (staff planning, time reporting, ordering, navigation) and to consolidate them into two systems (ServiceNow / SAP).
