I have worked in the clinical research space for over 20 years and started as a clinical research associate with Integrium in 2001. Over the years I have held the role of clinical trial manager, clinical project manager and business development associate working for both sponsor pharmaceutical companies and clinical research organizations. Looking back on previous clinical programs three areas of emphasis have proven to be a recipe for success.1. Empathy for patients2. Team chemistry between Sponsor and CRO colleagues3.
