I am responsible for managing a team od Strategic and Commodity managers, and Shipping department taking care of distribution logistic. My task is creating new workable purchasing strategies, their implementation with suppliers, looking for OPS operational savings, identifying new sources, developing recent relationships with A suppliers and taking care that all products will be shipped on time and for limited forwarding costs.
