For the last 9 years I have worked in the travel industry. I currently work for Titan Travel, a touring holiday company as an Airport Services Co-Ordinator and in charge of a team of casual based airport representatives who provide a meet and greet service at the airport.During my time at Titan, I have organised Christmas parties, Summer Balls, Corporate trips including Amsterdam, training sessions and staff incentives. Outside of work I have organised charity balls, fates, stage productions, country shows and cruise events. I love organising events, and this is something I am keen to do for a career. I enjoy working outside and being out and about, working in more of a practical way. I have also completed the QC Event school to give me further knowledge and experience. I am a very hard working and focused Customer Service professional that prides myself on understanding customer needs and providing comprehensive information to be able to achieve sales targets. I have a very warm and friendly nature which makes it easy for me to build rapport with my clients and secure repeat business. I am used to managing difficult situations and approach tasks calm and methodically. I am seeking a career challenging environment where I can apply and develop my skills. I am relocating to Cornwall and looking for a new job in the area
